1. Do you feel men or women are inherently
better when put in leadership roles. Explain why?
2. Do you believe that examining gender in leadership outside of Western contexts would help researchers get a better sense of the culturally defined role of women in society?
3. Do you believe the glass-celling is still as prominent into today's society as it once was? If so, do you feel women are positioned better then ever before to break through that celling?
